Research Handbook on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights as Human Rights

The Research Handbook on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights as Human Rights was released in October 2020, offering a combination of practitioner and academic perspectives which provide a comprehensive, cutting-edge analysis of economic, social and cultural rights (ESCR).

The handbook, which features contributions from GI-ESCR Executive Director Magdalena Sepúlveda Carmona and GI-ESCR Board Member Lilian Chenwi, lays out an authoritative analysis of standards and jurisprudence, arguing for an expansive and inclusive approach to ESCR as human rights.
