Join the Global Initiative for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights at CIES 2017

GI-ESCR will be presenting at the two panels below during the Comparative and International Education Society (CIES) Conference on March 5-9 in Atlanta, Georgia, to discuss the impact of private actors and low-fee schooling on the right to education. CIES is a major annual conference on global education issues. Monday 6th March, 5:00 - 6:30 pm'Understanding commercial low-fee private schools: looking at available data on Bridge International Academies' operations in three countries'

This panel will seek to support a transparent and informed discussion on commercial low-fee schools by sharing data on Bridge International Academies (BIA) which have been collected over the last two years accross three countries (Liberia, Kenya, Uganda).
