This side event of the UN Commission for Social Development 2021 and high-level panel will be moderated by Magdalena Sepúlveda Carmona, GI-ESCR’s Executive Director and will include Ministers of Social Affairs and Development Cooperation, Heads of UN Agencies, the Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights Olivier de Schutter, civil society representatives and social protection experts.
