New ESC Rights Update from Geneva now available!

A new ESC Rights Update from Geneva  is now available! The update provides a summary of the initiatives regarding economic, social and cultural (ESC) rights at the 45th session of the Human Rights Council (September/October 2020). This includes information on:

• The rights to water and sanitation

• Climate change, the environment and human rights

• The right to development

• Indigenous Peoples: land and cultural rights

• Other initiatives of interest

• Next Session
