Summary: 

The decision of the Court affirms the parents’ right to ensure the religious education of their children in conformity with their own convictions. Further, it recognizes the obligation of the State to ensure that public educational institutions are inclusive in their designing and implementation

The Court clearly recognized the State’s legal obligation to provide inclusive public education that accommodates “the cultural, linguistic, and other unique traits of different groups in society”, embrace diversity and safeguard pluralism in education.
