40 Latin American organisations visited the Constitutional Convention to discuss democracy and human rights with constituents
On 7 April , more than 40 civil society organisations from Latin America visited the Constitutional Convention to discuss with the constitutional representatives the challenges, opportunities and risks of the process in order to guarantee economic, social, cultural and environmental rights in the context of the climate crisis.
The organisations were divided into different groups to hold discussions with the vice-president of the Constitutional Convention, Gaspar Dominguez, as well as Benito Baranda, Paulina Valenzuela, Beatriz Sanchez, Giovanna Roa, and Ricardo Montero.
